- Compliance with Beach Management and Maintenance Plans

- Building Systems Maintenance (Electric, Plumbing, some HVAC)

- Athletic Field Maintenance (Includes Most Fields used by OC School Board)

- Streets and Storm Water System Maintenance
- Boardwalk Inspection, Maintenance, & Construction
- Signs and Lines Installation and Maintenance (Traffic, Ordinance, Parking, Safety, etc.)
- Parking Meter Installation and Maintenance
- Compliance with NJDEP Regulation (Water, Storm Water Air, etc.)
- Capital Project Support
- Building Maintenance and Upgrades
Fleet Operations
- Maintenance of City Wide Fleet including All Cars, Trucks and Equipment with the Exception of the First line Fire Trucks
City Wide Operations /All Departments
- Special Event Support Including; Set Up, Break Down, and Clean Up
- Storm Response (Snow, Ice, Flooding, etc.)
- Coordinated Support for Other City Departments
